PAYMENT METHODS

At Especially by Daan you can pay the way you want with the following payment methods:

IDeal
With iDeal you pay the outstanding amount for your order immediately and securely.

Credit card
If you choose to pay by credit card, first indicate which type of credit card or debit card you want to use. You then enter your credit card number, expiry date, CID/CVC code (often on the back of your card) and, if necessary, an additional password. If you return items, the amount will be refunded to your credit card within six weeks.

Bancontact / Mister cash
We have this payment option for our Belgian customers. This allows you to immediately and securely pay the outstanding amount for your order.

Especially by Daan Giftcard
If you have a Especially by Daan Gift card, you can also pay for your order with it. It is also possible to pay for part of your order with these options. If you want to return your order, the amount will be refunded to the same card with an Especially by Daan Gift Card. So keep this card safe! Especially by Daan Gift cards cannot be exchanged for money.

Payment failed

It can of course happen that something goes wrong with your payment. How can you be sure whether this went through correctly, for example after you have received an error message?

• Check your own bank statements to see whether the amount has been debited
• Are you still in doubt? Please contact us. We can check for you whether the payment has gone through correctly

Are you actually sure that your payment has not gone through correctly? Then your order has not been placed. This means that you have to place your order again and also make a payment again.
